This article was written after a law firm contacted me and sent me a legal document claiming that I defamed Silverstein Legal. Silverstein Legal were the appointed attorneys for smutty.com and were listed on the website.

These people want me to correct my words and remove mentions of Silverstein Legal in the smutty.com investigation. Here you can see the legal document written by Maddine Houser (counsel for the attorneys working at Silverstein)

The law firm that contacted me is not Silverstein Legal, they are the legal representatives of Silverstein Legal. Basically, the law firm linked to smutty sent me to a firm bigger than them to probably scare me.

Now I will analyze what they say is defamation. on the other page they refer to my own words and accuse that some things I mentioned or stated were false and defamatory to their clients who are Silverstein Legal / Corey D. Silverstein

The first mention is not even a statement, it is according to my perspective since literally the name of the law firm and Corey were mentioned in the same place where there were images of missing children and illegal pornography.

Thinking that a man doesn’t care about this is totally logical looking at the facts and the situation. Thinking that this is not even a statement is just an assumption so this is not applicable since it is my personal opinion. end

I think I remember that the name of Corey D. Silverstein and the name of the law firm was mentioned in the same place where pedophiles and criminals from all over the world uploaded this type of publications. so it is reasonable to think that you don’t mind appearing in this since it is what is visible to the naked eye.

Returning to the defamation accusations, the second claims that it is false that Silverstein Legal is the lawyer for the shell and offshore companies linked to these websites. Honestly after reading this I think you guys are the liars.

All of my sources for saying this were the designated agent records that come from the USA government. Saying something like this is false is the equivalent of saying that USA government records linked to the DMCA lie.

But if you insist on saying that something like this is false, I will leave here the official records from the giant public database of the United States government in relation to the lawyers designated for DMCA issues of companies:

Therefore, with these public records, the law firm’s claims that it is false that Silverstein Legal / Corey D. is the designated attorney for these shell companies is completely refuted since it is an irrefutable truth that this is so.

Now we will go to the next one, the next one claims that it is false that I attempted to contact Corey D. Silverstein through a DMCA email address linked to a website for which he is the designated attorney

After having shown that video, I challenge you to say again that my claims that I sent an email to the email address linked to Silverstein Legal are false. I don’t understand why saying that something like this is false when it is 100% verifiable

The next one on the list mentions that they are not the designated attorneys and are only the DMCA agents of “these entities” in their own words. He is basically the designated attorney for DMCA issues. you are saying what I said lol

Finally, for thinking that the images of Kevin S. Toll and Lawrence G. Walters make me uncomfortable and look like something out of a horror movie is supposedly a defamatory reference by implication??? wtf

The guy in the middle in my opinion looks like the bad guy in a movie, it’s one of the most sinister smiles I’ve seen in a long time and this is “Defamation by implication”? I don’t even know what that is.

Lastly (although this was the first on the list in the PDF) they claim that in the context (which they made up) when I was referring to “these people” I was referring to child pornographers and human traffickers.

This is a screenshot of the article where this is mentioned and just below it mentions TechSoft Limited and just before it mentions the same 2 words (“these people”) as the people behind the offshore companies

this was just below the phrase located next to the PDF document. It’s a strange thing to interpret it this way and I think they interpreted it that way not because they believed it but because it was convenient for them to add it to the list.

The email asks me to retract it but I don’t know why, basically all the “this is false” statements that are written in that document are false or taken out of context. It seems more like an email sent to scare me and not as legal support for anything

The real reason why Silverstein Legal did this:

This document was sent to me so that I would get scared and delete all mention of Silverstein Legal and then clean the image by publicly admonishing me for having included them in the investigation. This was the real reason

Silverstein Legal wants to completely disassociate itself from smutty.com as it is related to child sex trafficking and illegal pornography. An example of this is the records of the lawyers appointed to TechSoft Limited.

This screenshot was from before publishing the research. Silverstein Legal was the designated attorney for TechSoft Limited (Ortnec / Team Centro) websites and the status was active and was effective from March 3 to “present”

This is a screenshot of the present and just 1 day after publishing the investigation, the status of the appointed attorney changed to “terminated” meaning that Silverstein was no longer linked to the TechSoft Limited websites.

This happened on June 14, 2024, exactly the same date that the investigation was published. On this date many synchronized events happened since the domain data was also updated and the server went down

The first thing they did was disconnect the server and for a few hours they saw a cloudflare error. After this they removed cloudflare from the DNS server.

DNS is currently viewed this way. The domain is not connected to any server and most of the DNS records have been deleted. This includes MX records that pointed to Google Workspace / Gmail

It’s likely that Silverstein Legal wants to stop having a relationship with these people and that’s why they sent me an email, I guess the plan was for me to see it and get scared and remove them from the investigation.

But the truth is that this law firm was involved in this case and was mentioned on smutty.com repeatedly while on the same website they were uploading images of missing children while the images were monetized by Adsession.

Let’s remember that Adsession is an advertising network OWNED BY ORTNEC which is the Cyprus-based company behind TechSoft Limited who are legally the owners of smutty, fantasti.cc, imagearn and pornxs.

At the same time that the website mentioned Silverstein Legal and Corey D. Silverstein, profiles like this one with more than 400 followers, a photo of a little girl and the acronym “CP” for the words “child porn” were very common

And they send me a legal document so I can recant my statements? To make it clear I will say it and clearer than before: Silverstein Legal is part of this and that is what bothers them that they know it is true and they want me not to say it

a message to Silverstein Legal and Corey D. Silverstein: while you were at your law office your first and last name was mentioned on a website flooded with child pornography and victims of child sex trafficking.

smutty.com isn’t even the only shady TechSoft Limited website that Silverstein Legal was involved with. It was a network of websites flooded with illegal content and in that network was imagearn

I want to remember that imagearn.com was a website that had so much illegal content that the Bing search algorithm only recommended images of children and even babies when searching for this website in the Microsoft search engine.

As was the case on smutty, images of minors appeared on imagearn all the time and the names of Silverstein Legal and Corey D. Silverstein appeared in the DMCA section and the designated agent legal documents.

Silverstein Legal never saw anything strange? now no one knows anything? Because they spent almost 10 years being partners with these people on their different websites and it seems that “they never saw anything”?

Did it ever seem suspicious to you that people from Cyprus asked you to be designated lawyers for websites linked to shell companies in tax havens that were mentioned in the Panama Papers and Offshore Leaks?

Silverstein Legal saw the address of “Centro Publisher Limited” and didn’t do a simple Google search for the address? Just by searching for the address, it not only appears in the Panama Papers but is also linked to illegal activities.

Apparently no one here knows anything and no one realized that this address is linked to a case in the British Virgin Islands of a company that was involved in illegal financing and money laundering to terrorist organizations?

Have you ever found it strange that a company in Cyprus used tax havens and shell companies? Did you ever find it strange that ORTNEC never used its real name when managing websites flooded with illegal content?

These are questions that have no answers. questions that no one will answer because they know that everything is very shady. Suspicious and illegal activities everywhere meanwhile no one knew about anything?

threats and personal attacks by the founder of smutty:

Sathia Francesco Musso (Founder of smutty and fantasti.cc) contacted me by email legally threatening me to remove the article from OSINTGuardian and in the process insulted me in different ways and attacked me personally

He sent me a single email that looked like a Greek text because it was so long. If I have to count from 1 to 10 million, I get to 10 million sooner by counting by 1s before reading the entire email. Now seriously, it was a long email.

In the email he threatens me that if I don’t delete the investigation he will initiate legal action and tells me how he wants to put me in jail for 6 months to 6 years in prison for defamation and damage to reputation. he wants to send me to prison

He also sends me a PDF copy of the Italian penal code updated to the 2022 version. Basically: the creator of a pedophile website wants to scare me by supposedly sending me to prison for doing an investigation about it.

He claims that I am trying to threaten and scare??? wtf, him because I tried to find out where he lived in the city of Turin in Italy. This is the madness and delirium of a psychopath who right now knows what he did and is afraid.

Then he does something that made me very repulsive and that is to play the victim and use his family as an excuse to do this. The fact that he resides in the city of Turin is in the public domain because he made it public.

I got that information from the domain records linked to porn. He had no problem with a bunch of perverts knowing where he lives and knowing his information since these records were from WHOIS. but I can’t take a screenshot of this info?

He had no problem when this public information appeared on the howtobleep.com domain, a domain that was used by him to host a porn site with thousands of visitors. but I can’t just copy and paste public info?

I have never met such a cowardly man, hiding behind family and using you as an excuse to try to defend yourself from this is ridiculous and I would honestly be ashamed to be a member of your family. human waste

threats and legal harassment:

Sathia Francesco Musso is legally threatening me to delete the investigation uploaded to OSINTGuardian and Silverstein Legal wants me to delete mentions of his law firm from the investigation even though they are connected to this

Legally harassing me to scare me and erasing any saying about these people is the mission but I am not afraid of this, why? send lawyers for alleged “defamation” by another person known for his activities related to pedophilia

One of the people who most accused his victims of defamation, the victims’ lawyer and the investigators was Jeffrey Epstein. Before his “suicide” he spent time with his lawyers legally threatening anyone who accused him of something.

In this way he managed to make the victims lose the strength to fight and the other victims who had not yet reported him remained silent for fear that Jeffrey Epstein would take legal action against them for defamation.

The user who had the acronym “CP” in his name had more than 100k views on all posts, 422 followers and more than 500 posts. This user was dedicated to distributing CSAM and was one of the most popular and active.

In case Sathia Francesco Musso wants to take responsibility for this and blame ortnec / Team Centro, I will now talk about the posts linked to pedophilia on smutty from when he was admin of smutty and fantasti.cc

He was an admin until at least 2020, so I’ll look at old posts. a post published 9 years ago (in 2015) with the hashtags #jailbate, #nnteen and #youngteen with more than 1.3k views and 54 likes. Can you tell me what this is, sathia musso?

another pedophile posts from 5 years ago with 397 likes and 18.1k visits where they use the hashtags #innocentlook, #adorable and other hashtags to refer to the fact that she is a young girl but this is not the worst.

The smutty algorithm detects that the user is referring to a minor girl and the hashtag it most recommends is #primejailbait, which uses the word “JailBait” which refers to children under 16 years of age.

the SMUTTY ALGORITHM did this, how dare they threaten and legally harass me when even the smutty system recommended hashtags that made reference to minors. but nobody knows anything right?

ortnec & Team Centro members:

Let’s remember who ortnec is. ortnec is a company in cyprus that is the owner of TechSoft Limited and the owners of smutty. They are responsible for child pornography and non-consensual pornography on smutty and imagearn

an ortnec member named Stu Bagueley who lives in New Zealand is the leading member of Adsession. adession was the ad provider for smutty and with it child pornography, images of missing children were monetized.

I guess you no longer feel proud of helping monetize illegal content, Mr. Stu Baguely? I guess you’re not happy that everyone sees that you participated in Adsession and the monetization of smutty. If you knew what I had about you, the least you would do is delete your profile photo.

Now going a little further up, Nicholas Horger is a Canadian member of ortnec and who claimed in his Linkedin description to be the sales director of Team Centro (ORTNEC) and also a former member of MindGeek (Aylo)

Ortnec’s sales director went much further and directly deleted his LinkedIn account. Nicholas, do you feel that now everyone knows that you are part of a company that owns shell companies that operated smutty?

I guess being part of a company that benefits from the illegal activities of a pedophile network is a lot of fun until you are discovered and the first thing you do is delete your Linkedin account and try to disappear from the internet, right?

Another who deleted his profile photo is Akis Karaginnis, current product business analyst at MindGeek (Aylo). He is a former member of Ortnec and was mentioned in the investigation in the last part.

Rats flee from the ship when it is sinking. Those involved are not acting like innocent people, sending legal threats, insults and the members of ortnec trying to eliminate their digital footprints from the internet

Am I going to delete the investigation in OSINTGuardian?

confront people with connections, unscrupulous people and lawyers, why? expose me and make me enemies who are probably capable of many things to protect themselves? people who are probably investigating me right now

I do all this without profit and I don’t earn anything doing this. I don’t earn anything with OSINTGuardian or fighting pedophile websites and every month I spend a lot of money on osint tools so not only do I not earn, I lose it doing this.

But I don’t do this for money, I do it for justice. I started in this when I was a minor and being a girl and seeing how sexual predators saw girls my same age as a product made me see the world in a different way.

Seeing how website owners benefit from the suffering of children and how no one seemed to do anything to combat it shaped the person I am today. a person who is not afraid to combat child exploitation & pedophilia.

so this is a message to everyone involved in this and especially to those who are legally harassing me: no, I am not going to look the other way and delete osintguardian’s investigation just because of an alleged legal threat

consequences of writing these articles:

After this article, attempts to hack the website’s admin panel and malicious requests started from IPv4 addresses that were mostly in Cyprus and Italy. The largest number of malicious requests between June 18 and June 22 came from an IPv4 in Italy.

When I started noticing this what I did was start monitoring malicious requests coming from Cyprus and Italy. With the Cloudflare analytics panel I started collecting all the malicious requests and analyzing them. Imagine making supposed legal threats and then trying to commit illegal activities to delete information from the Internet.

All these requests to the server coming from Cyprus, Italy and Tor were on June 20. I started blocking requests from Cyprus after this they started trying to access the website from TOR and different devices and IPv4 addresses in Cyprus.

The IPv4 address that attracted the most attention due to the requests was the one coming from Italy that the user agent discovered was using the cURL tool to send requests to the server and receive responses with information.

on June 18th he seems to have spent all day trying to use cURL and sending requests to this website with this tool. After he realized that Cloudflare started blocking malicious requests, what he did was start using Tor and go to internal directories and files on the server.

That the same people who threaten with supposed legal actions try to do illegal activities to hack a website says a lot about these people, especially when I stopped receiving threats after publishing this article and that’s when the hacking attempts came.

Every hacking and censorship attempt only leaves them more guilty and I think these people still haven’t realized this, I guess there are people who are very brave to attack an activist against child exploitation but not brave enough to bear being exposed by the scum that they are.
